Life is not always easy. We have been starting up with one of the most important parts, your eating and drinking. Getting good nutrition in an easy way into your body so you may cope with the challenges you face daily in a better way.
Stick to your shakes and when you have rougher days take one or two more because when you stress around like you do does your body need even more nutrients especially B-vitamins. A friend of mine walked during February "Camino De Santiago" in Northern Spain and LiftOff was what kept Felipe up except for the Shakes. But you don't have to walk through all Northern Spain for feeling the Energy from them. Shall be nice to hear what you think when we add them.
