PROJECT HERBALIFE
Decision and consequences. That is what life is about. Hence the important thing is not to make the right choices but to make a decision, follow it through and take responsible for your actions. I have decided to be the director of my own life.
When I met Herbalife coach Roger Nilsson by the coffee machine at the Cisco office I decided to make this into a project. I have tried to get a hold of my life since 2004. In my search for structure I created a "meal and sleep watch"; took alcohol away (1 glass is allowed);working on a general schedule for exercise and have made up my own code based in "Loving kindess". I will post up-dates on how I’m hanging in; a monthly report of my results from the scale, measurements and a verdict from my coach.
Let’s see what this can bring about.
