Rewind or forward ?!

Woke up a bit to late to do my exercise. Made a shake and walked to my physiotherapist. Arrived there at 10.05 almost in time. The verdict was pretty good actually. He told me that the tejp had done its part to loosen up muscles and free nerves in my back.

-       Your problem is in your bum, he said. It is pretty common among us white people. Our Lutherian culture makes us into machines. We are programmet to go forward. And when in a rush we tend to flex once muscles in the bum and accelerate our speed. Take the subway for example, we white people form lines and are structured and planned when entering the train. Look at someone of dark skin, they take it more soft and smooth, take their time and then enters. They are more flexible in their walk. This is, according to a Norwegian professor due to the substance of melanin. It lies underneath the skin and we white people have less of this substance. Therefore we have another way of handling life. So I might say that we white people are defect. And this gives us huge problems with our bodies. You have to shake your bum more!

I laugh and thought of the people I have known and still are friend with that are not Swedish and it strikes me that they never complains of back issues nor that they are depressed. If you then believe in the philosophy that everything in the universe is perfect just the way it is and that the present circumstances has something to tell us, then the next step has to be to ask oneself what it is saying us.

Maybe we, the white race, has been productive during the industrial era due to our Lutheran culture, and it might be so that we had to discover all this to free time for our self so that we could make room for our spiritual process. Something that has been a natural part in life for red, yellow and black skins all along. Destroyed by the whites´ in their search for development and progress. When writing my master thesis in political science I met Dalai Lamas advisor. He told me that it we instead of separates our selves from each other and regard us as humans, independent of race, culture and religion and base our action out of humanity, if we exchange hate to compassion then a new world order are possible and humanity would take a step to another level.

My physiotherapist also said that pain are an indicator of that something is wrong, you should try to feel the pain but not give it your attention. Just recognize it and listen to what it tells you. In the beginning of my back issues I didn’t I kind of identified my self with my pain and that gave more pain. Today I have a different relationship with my own body and it is much easier to deal with.

Maybe it all goes together. A lot of circumstance, that regarded as one single unit are not so special but when added they all bring me forward. It then becomes mysterious and interesting, and makes my curious and brings me forward. My daily life then transforms into a good book, you know one of those that you cant let go of because you want to turn the page and see what happens next.
