Five hours in the studio, on out way home in the car this amazing view appeared and I did as I would have done as a backpacker. Stopped the car, went out and had a photo. Strange but a small thing like that do make me feel alive.
My apartment is still an igloo and when letting my landlord know I got the answer that I should put on some more cloths and that is only heating season up until may 15. How do you argue that !
It is sunday and as you notice I have turned the hours around, not done any exercise since monday and have not been following my "skalman-model". My stomach is a bit upset and my but in general do not play with the cold. I haven´t got a hold of the day, something i might need to try to take control of again, but it is this way when it is not clear what is going to be with what. I will try to regain some control of it though. I also hope for some warmer weather but I can't let that rule me, so tomorrow I will go swimming then I can have a hot sauna afterwards and that would be nice. Now awaits a cold bed ...
